General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

The General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) contain the general contractual terms governing the use of the website operated by the party detailed under the section “Service Provider Details,” acting as service provider (“Service Provider”). Please use our services only if you agree with all points and consider them binding upon you. This document is not filed, is concluded exclusively in electronic form (it does not qualify as a written contract), and does not refer to any code of conduct.

Basic provisions

1.1. Matters not regulated in these Terms and the interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by Hungarian law, in particular Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code (“Civil Code”) and Act CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commerce services and information society services. Mandatory provisions of the relevant legislation shall apply to the parties without separate stipulation.

Scope of products and services available for purchase

1.6. It must be indicated whether the displayed products can be purchased online only or also in person, and whether prices include VAT.

1.7. The Service Provider shall display the product name, description, and photographs of the products on the website.

1.8. If a promotional price is introduced, the Service Provider shall fully inform users about the duration of the promotion.

Order process

1.9. Detailed description of the order process, from login to placing the product in the cart.

1.10. Options for correcting data entry errors (e.g., adding or deleting products, checking prices, requesting correction of incorrect data after order submission, etc.).

1.11. Description of payment methods.

1.12. The Service Provider’s website shall immediately confirm receipt of the user’s order electronically. If this confirmation is not received by the user within the expected time depending on the nature of the service, but no later than 48 hours after sending the order, the user shall be released from the offer obligation or contractual obligation. The order and its confirmation shall be deemed received when they become accessible to the respective party. The parties may deviate from these provisions by mutual agreement.

Processing and fulfillment of orders

1.13. When orders are processed.

1.14. General performance deadline within x working days from confirmation. If the Service Provider and the User have not agreed on a performance date, the Service Provider shall perform according to the contract at the time or within the period specified in the User’s request, or in the absence of such request, no later than thirty days after receipt of the order.

1.15. If the Service Provider fails to perform its contractual obligation because the product specified in the contract is not available, it must inform the User immediately and refund the amount paid by the User without delay, but no later than thirty days. Fulfillment of this obligation does not exempt the Service Provider from other consequences of breach of contract.

Right of withdrawal

1.16. According to Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) on detailed rules for contracts between consumers and businesses, the User may withdraw from the contract without giving reasons within 14 days of receiving the ordered product and return it.

Warranty

1.18. Rules of statutory warranty and product warranty under the Civil Code. Rules of mandatory tiered warranty where applicable. See also: Government Decree 151/2003.

Complaint handling

1.19. The website must inform consumers about the company’s registered office, the place of complaint handling, and the methods appropriate to the nature of the activity, as well as the mailing address, email address, website address, and telephone number for submitting complaints.

Miscellaneous provisions

1.20. The Service Provider and the User shall attempt to settle disputes amicably. For disputes not resolved within 30 calendar days, the parties stipulate the jurisdiction of the … Court/Tribunal.
